    I've had these interesting silver knives and forks with bone or ivory handles ? for over forty years! I cannot find anything about them Are there any ideas out in the collector world?Thanks!

      Looks like silver plate. The collars might be some sort of silver or alloy. You get to show one more image so can we see the back of one of the forks? Higher resolution images of the handles might be helpful, as well.

      This stuff is fairly common. Won't be antique until sometime in the 2030s, just Vintage right now.
