Hello I’ve just rediscovered and then given this a little clean as I was suspicious that it might be gold and now I’m sure it is, I think I posted this many years ago, I think it’s for a medal , can’t remember the name,medal holder? looks like it’s really old as the dirt on it was astonishing, maybe from 1st world war. Hopefully someone who collects them might have more information.
I thinking of melting it unless I find more out
