I cannot say if this camera is rare, but it is the first movie camera made by Kodak; therefore it has a good history and desirable. The Cine-Kodak was introduced in 1923 and renamed as the Model A in 1925 when a Model B was made.

There is a small group of collectors that specialize in early cine equipment. I don't know them but they lurk in places like eBay, etc. This particular camera has a value of around $350+. I assumed that would be the next question. :)

      Hi there,
just wondering if you might sell the Kodak model A camera?
      Hope so!

This version of the Model A is extremely rare. It's the last and rarest of four major variants, made in very small numbers before the line was discontinued in 1930. It is also the only version to marked as Model A on the nameplate. I would be interested in its serial number if you still have it.
