Thrift find Folk Art Ceramic Mug/bank 8" inch

Found this 8" ceramic Folk Art Mug/bank thrifting . Cannot find anything like it on the internet There's the strangest little character on top reminds me of Palmer Cox characters. He has little webed feet and is gripping something in his hand. Theres a slit on top to add coins. There is no way to open it. And no marks on the base. There is a lobster on one side a boat on the other with two strange name on the other.
