This painting measures 16x18” framed (8x10” image) and is signed L. Rudin. I’m interested in knowing more anbout about the artist, period, etc. but can only find one other similar painting online with limited information. Any ideas?

Looks like the type of paintings cranked out by painting mills in Mexico in the 1980s under a variety of fake names, Burnett, etc. Probably not an artist who actually existed.

Thanks Kwqd. That does seem to make sense. Still, it’s pretty and I’m glad I saved it from the trash, specific artist or not

I have some painting mill paintings in my collection that I like quite a lot. Pretty is pretty...
