Yes Mr Jingles loves these little rugs. He is doing his happy dance. Anyway this is another silk rug. Not sure how much of this is silk. I think the base is cotton. The reason it is not quite vintage is because it has a UPC code on the underside. But there are no cleaning instructions.
The rug is 22" x 36" not counting the tassels. The looks to be close to 3 feet long.
