Enormous copper Turbot pot, new, never used with lid and lifter. Weighs 36.5 pounds with lifter, 29.5 without. No Markings. I acquired it from a woman who said she bought it in the 80's from Zabar's in NYC. Any ideas on who the maker is? Also, I cannot find anything this large for comparison, would it be for restaurant use? Thank you for any and all feedback.
