I am perplexed by this bowl. I was informed it may be from 18/19 Century-Xuande Period. Honestly, I don't know if it is brass or bronze, but I am leaning towards brass. It weighs 3:14 pds. 6.25 in. tall 10.5 in. diameter. I would be so grateful if anyone could translate to english. I have a few Chinese art pieces I adore, but this one is a head scratcher. Thank you for your time.
**Please forgive the awkward photos. Everytime I uploaded they turned direction.

Welcome to CW. You need to edit your post and replace an image to show the whole piece. That would be helpful in trying to identify it.

Yes! That one is very similar. :) Thank you! dav2no1. The characters are so beautiful I'm hoping someone can translate. I tried to go to a few translating websites and ended up with some seriously funny words. I don't know what the heck I'm doing, :) but it's been fun taking a shot at Chinese characters, albeit poorly indeed. Thanks again.
