Art Vannes pink vase

This vase marked "Made in France Art Vannes" is about 9" high x 6" widest diameter, marked on the bottom. Bottom is ground flat an polished with lots of scratches. It weighs about six lbs. There are a few small bubbles in this vase.

This is the second similarly marked piece of glass that is labeled this way that I have found. Same pink as the ashtray that I found earlier. Still not found any information about this mark. Posted to glassmessages and just crickets there, too.
