    I cannot figure out what this 1958 cast brass/bronze plaque is!! Nothing pops up anywhere that I can find, maybe diving or military?..
    Any body have a clue?
    Approx. 6.75" tall 3" wide 1.5 lbs

      I agree very odd. I'm also leaning towards possible maritime symbol. Has rope and what appears to be a swan with a shovel..and the flag looks to be maritime or Civil Defense?

      I would suggest contacting your local historical society or maritime museum.

      At first I didn't recognize the animal on this plaque but after a closer look I figured out it is a Dolphin. I hope it helps in your search.
