Antique Equestrian Themed Inkwell With Pen Wipe

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!!
I recently acquired this beautiful equestrian themed inkwell. The horseshoe and whip are bronze and the boot pen wipe is painted spelter. It's kind of rare to find an inkwell with it's own built on pen wipe. I love the very regal design of this one and it's in remarkable condition to be 150 years old.

I cannot find a marker's mark on this inkwell anywhere, but there is a label on the bottom of the glass ink bottle as seen in pic #4. I've tried to decipher what's written on the label, but can only make out the word "Cornwall" and "1876". Perhaps one of our CW experts can help decipher the writing on the label. It measures 3 1/4" tall, 5" front to back and 6 1/4" wide.
