Hello I’ve just rediscovered this and I was watching a advert with a guy using something like this to chop up his meat and veg when he was making pork dumplings, I can’t remember the proper name of them. Thinking I should use this as it might help me cook more. Posted this as don’t know the name and it looks cool

You don't give dimensions so hard to say for sure, but looks like a cleaver.
Sorry Kw is really small maybe 4” blade, for chopping small items like chives
