Hello everyone!
Another equestrian related items I have, is this set of foal and stirrup bookends. These are nicely detailed. Some folks believe the foals are cold painted bronze, but the foals are are actually painted spelter and the stirrups are chrome plated spelter. The bases are made of maple. These are mid-century with only minimal damage of the broken ear on one of the foals. These bookends measure 5 3/4" tall, 5 1/4" long and 3 1/2" wide.
