I am not sure, but it looks somewhat like a Capodimonte Ewer. Capodimonte is a style of Italian porcelain known for its delicate, ornate details and pastel colors. The writing underneath on yours also match a lot of Capodimonte items I have had or seen.
KBNY = Koscherak Brothers New York
The Koscherak Brothers had an import business mostly importing from France and Italy. They began importing in the mid 1890's and were out of business by 1970. They would buy usually in bulk and sell to major department stores such as Macy's. The glass and ceramic pieces they imported usually had no maker's markings so it is impossible to tell which pottery studio the pieces came from.
