Here is a 4 1-2"W yellow glass rocking horse that was originally designed by Guernsey Glass and has their raised 'backwards 4' imprint on bottom, along with the horse name Rocky & year 1982 when it was reissued by Mosser Glass

Scott you are right, a most unusual rocking horse, with that western type saddle he should be in an Old West movie lol! It's a great design because the horse is so realistic for a rocking horse. Thank you for your awesome comment
Phil I'm so glad you love this guy, he appears to be at a full speed gallop...not your typical child's rocking horse that is usually more toy-like. It came in several colors but I thought the yellow was a happy bright shade in these dark winter days. Thank you for your always super comment
kivatinitz he was a truly nice find for me, I think you may agree the majority of glass animals seem to be birds or fish, so this horse is less common & very lively looking. Thank you so much for your lovely comment
