Not often that I see Bizantino pieces for sale anywhere, the few pieces I have were purchased in Switzerland + France
So I felt fortunate to find 3 pieces in Rome last week
The large piece has a polished bottom but the smaller piece has a matte base (thought to be used to strike wood matchsticks?)
