Hello everyone!!
The newest addition to my rabbit collection is this 1920's cast iron rabbit doorstop. The fur is very detailed on this on. There is a bit of paint loss over the past 100+ years, but not much. This one has a note attached to the bottom, as you'll see in pic #4. The note reads what appears to be, "Cast iron by Aunt Elvis's husband Uncle Wilton. B.F. Shaw Company in Wilmington, Delaware".
I first thought this one was porcelain enameled, but it's just glossy oil based paint. It's a 2-piece design and measures 12" tall, 12 1/2" deep and weighs over 15lbs!!

Beautiful rabbit doorstop with great shape, he looks like my favorite white chocolate Easter bunny! Nice detail too

Thanks!! I don't believe this is his original paint as I can detect a darker shade under the existing white paint.
