Fairbanks Morse H12-44 Switcher at the Southern California Railway Museum

This locomotive has been newly restored with a lovely zebra stripe paint scheme. . It was built in 1957 by Fairbanks-Morse aka FM. It is a switch engine so it has that typical cab designed with rear visibility. FM locomotives are fairly rare and one in runing condition like this one even more rare. This one may be the prettiest of all. Probably has a couple hundred pounds of wax on it.
