    I found this in charity shop. It is signed and after some detective work I found the sculptor who was delighted to have been reunited with his first ever peice of work. He restored it for me. It oozes character and is remarkable for a 16 year old's first attempt. c 1979

      It is a type of plaster, then coated with some type of bronze paint like substance. I'm not quite sure. :)
