Rembrandt Floor Lamp

This is a floor lamp that, on the bottom, reads "PAT APP FOR REMBRANDT R7966." The lamp stands 5' 7" tall. There is a 6" x 6" block of green Agate on the bottom, also a small block in the middle. The first photo is of the top of the lamp, it's missing a silk shade. The second photo is of the middle portion of the lamp that has the small block of Agate. The third photo is of the bottom/ base of the lamp, it cast iron at the very bottom, then it shows the larger block of Agate. The fourth photo is of part of the bottom that reads "REMBRANDT." If anyone knows about Rembrandt lamps, or just anything about this let me know!

ALSO...
I just got this appraised and it's worth $75-$100 in it's current condition. He said that it would be worth more if it was fixed up, though he said the price to fix it would be a lot.
