Maybe early Fenton? A beauty for sure !!
looks Victorian to me and the shape is most often called a ewer . It is cased glass (pink glass over white glass on this one) with enameled decoration. This one seems to match Stevens and William.
Certainly Victorian. Definitely not Fenton. Could be Stevens and Williams. Lovely piece.
