I think this is a cabinet card. I dont know who they are I just loved there faces and clothes . On the bottom corner is impressed with Savannah, Victoria , B.C . Can anyone tell approx what year based on there clothing ?? Is there a way to remove flyspots off these as well ?? Thankyou.
Look at the neck covers, was exposing necks risque?
The best way to remove the fly spots off the photo is to scan it & Photoshop them out! LOL! I honestly don't think anything will take a stain that old out of an old photo.
I'd make a wild guess that the photo was taken in the 1890s.
Thanks Mrj303 and stefdesign ! Also good guess Stefdesign I was just able to find some info on the photo gallery. It was in buisness from 1895-1900 apparently it was among the most fashionable in Victoria and he primarily did portraits .
I would be sooo tugging at those neck covers!!! Love the pic, Mc!!
Me too ! I dont know how they managed to look so serene !
Thankyou Esther110 and scandinavian_pieces .
