I'm sorry if I missed it, but what exactly is the question here?
Is it an original? Worth? Do you have an answer?
I am not a professional but I do collect sheet music. It looks original to me, Leo Feist is the publisher. For sheet music to be worth a substantial amount it would need to be in mint condition, or very close to it. This piece isn't in terrible condition but it's not the greatest. The bright colors on the cover are great and the graphic is wonderful! For pieces that I purchase, I think it adds character to the piece if it has writing on the inside. Also it is very common for a name to be written on the cover, it appears that your piece does not. Everything taken into consideration I would say right around $10. Not a ton, but then not too bad for an old piece of paper. It's a wonderful piece!
