I remember seeing these in Coin Magazines as a kid, a noveity that you could order but never knew if they were made out of a real coin, what does the back side look like?

It appears to be a coin you can see where the eagle is but pushed in. Some of the "in god we trust is visible and the edges are also correct for a coin. It's pretty cool just wish I could get more info. thanks for your help.

This is a pop-out. These were first made during the Columbian Expo in 1893 Chicago and are made from real coins using a special punch used to push the design through the coin in a long process of strikings so as not to crack or break the host coin. These also exist on other US coins and foreign coins from Panama and Germany with different portaits like Balboa, Kaiser Wilhelm II, JFK and Teddy Roosevelt. Some of these can be quite expensive.
