An awesome example of Advertising from the late 1880's, I think it might be from the 1880's just because of the particular font style, but also because that Paul Steketee's moved permenatly to the store on Fountain street around 1908. I've done research on the company, and turns out, they were a famous department store until 2002, when their last store closed. It's a printed label on wood, and reads,
PAUL STEKETEE & SONS,
Wholesale & Retail Dealers in
Dry Goods & Notions,
81-83 MONROE & 10-18 FOUNTAIN ST.
Grand Rapids, Mich.
