Can anyone please tell me what this is? I bought it at an estate sale because it was cute and looks very old to me. They had many old things from all over the world for sale. To me, it looks like some kind of sign, possibly an advertising sign for candy? It's hard to make out, but it looks like it says "the improved candy" on it and it has a wire on the back for hanging. It measures about 16" x 7" x 2". Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!
