This is a rock, this is a white rock. This rock does not become hetian jade if I put an asian carved stand below it. Would you pick up this type of rock if you saw it? What kind of rock is it?

I am no expert but to me the rock looks like quartz . And yes I would pick it up if I saw it .
I have a big one just like it . It has a large quartz crystal coming out of it . It came from the south a big crystal mining area . I love mine it is in my garden
AR I am going to load a photo of mine it is wet as we have had rain . It looks just like it but has has a large crystal growing out of side of it . I have no idea what the big stone is called . Would you look at mine ?
Posted outside photos AR8Jason; don't think it be a flint stone.
Not in reference to another post. Got the rock with a bunch of petrified wood branches from the estate. All in the same box? Real soft stone, not a quarts. Maybe if I post the petrified wood pieces that were with the stone. Thinking jewelry?
Is it possible the rocks are are pieces of marble ??
Nevada opal specimen.
