I found an entire stack of these original WW II Army Air Force training manuals at an estate sale Saturday. It was the third day of the sale and they were still there, I couldn't believe it. They have the following written on the front.
Rex P. Kelso
G P V
Sqd 294
CL. 44I
Also included were:
Army Air Force Radio Data & Flight Information-1944
Army Air Force Instrument Letdown Procedures-1945
Instrument Flying Technique In Weather-1943
Instrument Flying, Advanced-1943
E-6B Computer-1944
Instrument Flying, Basic, Without Radio Aids-1943
Aircraft Gyro Instruments-1944
there were many more, it was a good day.
Nice find-- I have found that paper items are most often overlooked and hold some great treasures!
Thanks for sharing.

These look like they have so much info, pictures and specs in them. I found three from the set here http://manoshop.com/buy/history-culture/wars/world-war-2/ww2-literature-manuals-papers
Thank you stepback_antiques, Pop_abides and zandercruiz, they are a great set & thanks for the info.
i had cut out models in black of German plains they were used for spotters during the war so they didn't get them mixed up with British plans and shot them down.
Thank you very much miKKoChristmas11, mrmajestic1, collector4evr , mustangtony, ralph & AR8Jason
