      This is such an amazing design, absolutely love them! Please be gentle with cleaning, since collectors are discouraged from cleaning ivory at all, since it is porous and absorbs even water, which can compromise the material. A very slightly dampened Q-tip and a dry one at the ready usually do the trick of removed dirty residue if absolutely necessary. But these actually look really great! Super find, thanks for sharing.

      My guess is 1940s with the large dangle option. Something I could picture Dorothy Lamour wearing. With just the small clips, they really are a classic that fits any period. But the thickness and glossiness of the ivory and the smoothness of the carving just isn't seen in more modern pieces (1950s-onward). And the patina speaks its age.
