    Does anyone know why on some of these flags brought back home have one corner cut out of them? Ive s een several and I cant figure out why. Anybody? Thanks

      I have six flags, and have seen numerous others, and have never seen a corner cut out as yours is. This is a mystery to me. Maybe there was a shrine stamp in this area and it was cut out before it was captured as not to dishonor the flag. Just a guess.

      I'll echo stepback-- I only have one but have seen others and don't recall cut corners.
