      Your toy is the Streamlined Sport model. Triang produced the Minic line of tin windup vehicles in scale with their trains.

      Your toy is likely pre-war. Here is a link showing your toy (as well as the rest of the vehicles available) in the 1937-38 Triang toy catalog:
