NEED SOME INFORMATION OF THE MAKER OF THIS DOLL. THIS DOLL IS 16" TALL AND A WALKER, SHE MOVES HER HEAD FROM LEFT TO RIGHT WHEN SHE WALKS. THE PLASTIC LOOKS LIKE AN EARLY 1940'S PAINTED PLASTIC. SHE IS MARK AT THE BACK 160.
ANY INFORMATION OF THE MAKER OR NAME OF THE DOLL WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU

This is a 1950's doll Hard Plastic doll . The market on these dolls has fallen bad over past yr and hope they will come back up again in next yr .

Oops forgot the 160 mark has been attributed to Horsman CO . And named Cindy , however these dolls are also found marked made in USA 160 so she is one of many doll companies possible she is a Roberta Co doll. Little evidence to prove who for sure she is . Cute doll and enjoy her and might add the hard plastic dolls of 50's-60's sometimes get a sour odor from what is a chemical reaction smells like decomposing plastic . If she has that her value is very little as it can not be fixed although there are claims at success it always comes back
      Hope this helps :-)

Thank you for your quick response and for taken the time to write. I did look on the Horsman dolls but I could not find a similar face, I did forgot to look on Roberta com. The plastic has no odor and is in excellent condition, I can not say that about the garments, they are home-made. Again thank you very much.
