Made after 1924, this is a product of the “Fancy Shop” of the Vineland Flint Glassworks. The entire shop was made up of ex-Quezal glassworkers. This shape is seldom seen and stands 11" tall. This example shows incredible iridescence off the deep marigold ground. Special thanks to Frank Ford for the helpful insights provided here.

Mr. T : you are absolutely right.....a little change is good. For years I collected ONLY American iridescent art glass c. 1900-1930 and wouldn't even look at a piece of Loetz. Now I think about all the wonderful pieces I turned away.

Can you give me any more information about this particular shape? I picked up a vase similar to yours, blue w/white and 12" tall a few months ago, but have been unable to find any information on it. Your vase is the first one I've seen aside from my example. Thanks for posting!
