    I picked this up last year and I been trying to look it up with no success I just recently purchased some gold and silver testers I did test it with silver and 10k and I believe it to be silver But I'm trying to find out how old it is and the Info. I cant find if anyone can help I tryed looking it up with everything thats stamped on the bottom

      The decorative piece around the top appears to have set in place with silver solder, it's softer then silver hence the marks and scratches around the rim. It's possible the handle and spout are attached in this manner.
      That's just my two cents worth.
