I have a lamp with the exact same shade. However mine has different base and looks to be made of cast pot metal rather than brass and has S1579 mark on the bottom. The paint is the same color but chipped up a bit. i plan to post a picture as soon as i take one but i was very excited when I saw yours because Ive been searching the internet and antique books for months and haven't seen anything remotely similar til I saw yours and had to say something. I see you posted it 3 years ago, have you found any information since then? If you have could you please tell me what you found out? Id be very greatful!!! Thanks!!
