Aside from the two young ladies in the back to the left...this is a nice little collection of Chrissy Dolls I've acquired over the years..."Turnaround" Chrissy in the green dress being my very first one when I was only 12 or 13 in the 70's...I'm now in my 40's! I remember wanting the original Chrissy from 1969 but by that time she was long gone from the stores and back then, there really was no chance of getting one like her unless someone gave one up...not likely! So...over the years as she faded from my memory...along came Ebay! Now, not only do I have the original Chrissy doll and her box but I am also happily building my collection with all of her cousins, friends and even her sister, Cinnamon! I think she was her sister anyway. They sure look alike!
At any rate, there's still a few more out there and eventually I'll be able to have a complete set!
    Anyone else remember Chrissy?

is she the one who's hair "grew"? i believe i had her and the smaller redhead also when i was a child in the late 60's

Hello! Yes, she is...all of them had the hair that grew! There were several dolls in the "Chrissy Family" and the smaller redhead is "Cinnamon"...Chrissy's little sister, I believe! I just got home from a trip north. We visited several antique malls and I came across a nice "Velvet"! She's one of the blonde dolls. So my collection is slowly growing!

Just seeing your collection makes me wish I had kept track of the dolls I had.Too many boxes my husband always said when we'd move .So of course they got left behind .Should've left the husband and kept the dolls .haha!

      Hahahaha...hmmmmm!
      Robin,
Chrissy dolls are so much easier to find now with Ebay and Etsy. You should try to find yours and at least get one! Go ahead!
I started off with trying to find the one I really wanted badly and the next thing you know...I have nearly all the dolls they made!
Let me know if you find one! And if you do go looking...good luck!

Does anyone know all of their names? Chrissy, Velvet, Aimee, Cinnamon...what are the others?

I have one of the Chrissy dolls and am curious about which one she is and her age. She is red headed and she is wearing a half plaid, half red velvet dress...she is, however, without her underpants. Could you please send me any info as to which one she is, how old she is and what her value could be? Thank you in advance.
