This is a 1939 New York Worlds Fair Saturn Lamp. I have had this and a few others for about 30 years, just thought they were cool. While researching a art deco clock, I came across info on this. I am amazed how much art deco design that was generated out of the Worlds Fairs.

Oh I am in love with this wow !!!!!!!!! Great lamp how lucky that you have it . I would be proud of it for sure and give it front row viewing in my house .

I love these lamps! I recently purchased an original one that needs some TLC. Any advice on cleaning or restoring? It has the original wiring - what is the max watt bulb you use in these? I am also trying to find out how I can restore/repaint the blue color inside as a lot of areas have flaked off. I would hate to ruin it! Sorry for all of the questions. Happy New Year to all!
