I have found these here and about. Always looking for the more interesting designs. These are all small in size, most are about 4inches tall.

Yes, I am always on the lookout for them. Usually all I can find are the bigger ones and I like the smaller ones.

Hi, I recently aquired some older trivets, from your pictures they are like one you have. Can you tell me anything about it? It's like the one in second pic straight up above the wood sign. Looks like a tree upside down. On the back of mine it says JZH 1951. I'm new to this so I appreciate if you have a moment to tell me about yours. Thanks!

mine says. WILTON. I really don't know alot about them, sorry. I found them at yard sales and flea markets.... I prefer the smaller ones and they seem to be harder to find. Hope you find out more about them and share with me.

I grew up near an Amish community in Pa. I have always loved HEX signs they use on their barns, etc.. I purchased my first trivet on our honeymoon in Ohio forty years ago and now have a total of 135 different trivets in different sizes that are cast iron and about 15 that are brass including six interesting brass ones from Israel. Once I get this eBay down, I may start selling some of them, as our children wonder what will happen to the, when I am gone....
