I know absolutely nothing about this, so I'm looking for some help in identifying the maker/date. Thanks so much!
This makes me think of Edvard Munch meets Picasso maybe!! Now that would be interesting!!

The symbols on the left of the piece are certainly clues. The style is more akin to Chagall, than Picasso. There appears to be Hebrew or something written on the lower left side, which would doubly suggest Chagall-like or Judaic influence. Very interesting.
