Hello,
I found this pin some time ago and haven't had luck identifying the maker. It's approximately 1 inch in diameter, is hand wrought, and signed 'RH 95',......'925'.
Sterling with onyx
It looks either ' arts and crafts' or a+c inspired,........really a lovely piece.
Thanks for looking and for any information you might have, T
Charles Rennie Mackintosh look. Nice! The key to the identification will be a clearer/cleaner image of the mark on the right. If you use a cotton bud you could lightly reveal the image in the rectangle.
Hello Vetraio, Thank You for the comment! The little rectangle contains only the numbers 925.
I'm glad to know that you're discerning eye appreciates it :), Thanks again, T
I mean that I regard your eye for beautiful things with great respect.
Maybe it was his wife's work too that inspired it: Margaret MacDonald?
Are you aware of this site?
I can't find it here but many eyes.....

Vetraio50,
You hit the nail on the head with the MacKintosh connection. I found a design with a very similar flower and leaf shape. I'll let you know if I find out more.
Thank You again!!
