I would like to know more about this tureen, it is 12" dia in green with gold embellishments, the pictures on the side are of Napoleon and there is a large gold N below a crown on the lid and also the imperial eagle. the markings on the bottom are N imperial sevres. I am interested in knowing the period etc.

They are French, it is not of the higher quality when it comes to painting, but still a nice piece, the period seems to be early 20th century on this. Even on the high quality pieces the marks are spurious. Not of the quality of the poorest sevres pieces.
