I was told that this is an 1860 German Brass Well lamp.

I got this at an auction, I thought that it was really unique. It has a broken piece, one of the ladies is broken off one of the sides. I want to get this repaired professionally. The lamp appears to be brass and I was able to talk to the family of the auction. He told me that the lamp was german, made around 1860 and is a brass well lamp. All I know is that I really love the lamp! I love the lamp because of all the detail to it and that it is metal. I have never seen a metal lamp. The ladies are so beautiful and the other faces are so detailed. The two lamps, one inside the other, are so unique as well. Any one that could give me more info would be adored! How would I go about looking for someone to restore it?
