Hello,
This is a great old piece, may be older than I realize. It's in rough shape but charmed me the first time I saw it. Despite my interest it took 10 or so visits to the shop and a 1/2 price sale for me to cement the deal:)
I found something online about both RYTON and WALTON, but not together.
Any guesses about the maker or the age of it? Sorry to alway come to you needing assistance, but I Thank You all for the help you've been, and for the comments you've made.

Well, I just looked this up again and found several references to Ryton and Walton,.....still not sure what the age would be, though.
