    All I know is that this is from the US based on the flag. I am not sure if it is military or other law enforcement group. Any help is appreciated.

      I am not sure that is a US flag. It does not appear to have 13 stripes, but it might. Can you post a clearer image of the flag? It may very well be US military, but I don't think it is. If it is American, probably some other group.
