These are a few openers I have. The first I have never seen before, wondering if anyone else has? The second is a wall mount from the 1920s. The third is most common but in the original box. The last one is a spriteboy cap catcher in the original box.

It almost looks porcelain, like a small door push. my guess is late 30's or early 40's. Almost looks like a fantasy piece... ALMOST.

The first bottle opener looks like it was made after 1941, the trade mark is not inside the tail of the first C. Im thinking late 1940's early 1950's, was prob on a coke machine, i dont think they ever sold this bottle opener sep like your other three, this is prob why you have never seen it before. The other 3 were mass produce for home use, this one im pretty sure was only made for machines.

The bottle opener in picture 3 im pretty sure they still produce today, and they still use a vintage looking box similar to yours.
