The wire in the first two photos is attributed to Chester A. Hodge of Beloit, Wisconsin on August 2, 1887, patent # 367,398. The third and fourth photos are attributed to Joseph Goss of Beloit, Wisconsin on July 31, 1883, patent # 282,453. In my opinion they both match the Goss patent based on the way the the spur shaft is wrapped around the line wires. Both have a one and one quarter inch wide barb though shaped differently. You be the judge.

Thanks for the photos GateKeeper. They do look close as to being the same patent.
