Found an old set of family silver packed in the attic. I've determined (I think...) that its made by Towle and the type is Lady Mary. All of the items have a monogram and I'm trying to figure out what it is. Looks like a lower case "h" but not sure. Is there a resource for the monograms used back then and would they have used a lower case letter as the monogram? Would appreciate any insights as I know little about silver. Thanks!
Aztecrob: providing a photo, of the stamped info., on the back of this piece, would be extremely helpful.
I think your monogram is a 'Y'
