The only information I have is that this was painted by a neighbor's uncle probably around the late 19th to early 20th century by an artist who resided in Portland,Oregon.The picture is quite large ..the frame is in beautiful condition as is the painting itself.
I do not have the exact dimensions but over 4 ft x 2. 5 ft at least.
No rips,tears or otherwise defacing on the canvas at all.

I have just one question... how do you know its a boy?
...because girls ride side saddle...
Is this piece signed or do you know the name of the neighbors uncle? This information is critical in valueing original art.
Do you own this painting? Or does someone you know? It looks very familiar.
