These are two general views of my living room. I gues they help giving a better and complete idea of the way it looks...

Wow!!! Fantastic!!! I can never come over, too much of a clutz.
Thanks Amber!!! - Not even a short visit? ;)
Sure I can. But will stand very very still:))
I se you will! I'm like one ofthose antiqueshops. "you break it, it's yours" ;)
For us this would be an unthinkable scenario.
A 21 month old daughter roaming your living room would be like a bull in a china shop ;-)
Love how you colour coordinated all the glass.
I also posted a pic of my living room

Im lucky about it: no kids, no dogs...
In fact it's not really colour coordinated... I display all ranges together so all Majgroen together, all Safir together, all Ruby together... :) I'm very proud of my half completed Per Lütken ranges
Love the iconic Hill House chair and what I suspect is a Thonet rocking chair? Sweet!
Thanks Cogito! No Thonet unfortunately. This one I found in the street and refurbished myself. The side pieces (slide and arm) meassure 4 metres long each...
I need to hang around your neighborhood if pieces like that are freely available on the streets!
Haha! And what about the Karselli chair? the upholstery is in th worst possiblle condition, but they're for sale at about 4000 euros. I lso found it in the street, when I was living downton :)
Hoffman chairs as well? and is the tall backed on a Macintosh?
@Ozmarty- You mean found on the street? No, those two -Hoffmann and MacKintosh- are the only chairs I've ever bought, and even so they were pretty cheap (store running out of business). Well, of course they are the reproductions made by Cassina in the 1990s :)
Thanks Lass and bratjdd for your loves!!!
a real collectors room love the Mackintosh chair
a mad obsessed collector's room! LOL
Thanks so much! Now you can understand why I love the clean space where you display yoir collection. I wish I had more room for every item to "breath" and gain the importance it deserves.
I try to keep the centre off the room as empty as possible i'm single and have only 2 chairs in the room when i get visitors just get soms chairs from the kitchen . when i moved 11 years ago i wanted the collection to be the focus off the room and everything else is adapted to the collection so a nice sitting chaire or table that does not look with the good with the glass ( so i gave away alot off stuff). Everyting that hangs on the wall has to match Even when i buy flowers they have to match the glass
Thanks paris! It's a lovely chair, and comfy! Such a pity it's only one and a 1980s edition ;)
This was my single-guy flat... the big problem with space comes now with two collectors under the same roof ;)
