This is an interesting book. Most of these types of books that I have run into were published in Milwaukee and are not worth very much. The book is interesting from a historical standpoint. The title translates that Kaiser Wilhelm I was the founder of the German Empire which is technically correct like Pres. Obama claiming credit for nailing Bin Laden. Both gave the authority but were not in on the planing and doing. The Kaiser was actually not too happy when all this went down and some what reluctantly agreed to become Emperor at first. I would guess that if you could get $20. for it you would be doing well.
